Mutual and Federal/ Marvic panel beater confiscated my car!!
<p>i had an car insurance with this company through Quicksure for 2years without claiming once. On my first claim after an accident, they instructed to take my car to a panel beater who is not BMW approved and did not make the assessment i.e. Marvic panel beaters in Richards Bay(KZN). After 3months i'm still without my car mind you it was drivable only had few dents and a missing side mirror. Marvic has *******ly confisticated my car without an agrrement. I have not received assistance from the insurance until today. My disappointment has led me to consider withdrawing my other policies with OLD MUTUAL.</p>
