Mutual and Federal Insurance

I had a good relationship with Mutual and federal until i got involved in an accident last year in March, where a taxi hit me on the passenger side. My car was damaged and popped out the curtain airbag, damages were estimated around 375k. Suddenly the quote got reduced to 330k, the value by then was the same as the 1st quote. I believed that the car was a write off, which the insurer decided to repair the vehicle. I went to the ombudsman, stating my case which dragged for 3 months plus. The ombudsman decided that the insurance had every right to repair or to write off any vehicle involved in an accident. After receiving my car, I got hit again from behind with minor repairs. Mutual and federal saw a gap to pin me, they then gave me notice to look for another insurer. It was very hard and expensive finding one, because they listed me and most insurances are ovoiding me and others ask ridiculous premiums. I need help on this matter so revoke their decision or they must replace my car.
