Mutual and Federal Ignores Me (x1 month +)
Mutual and Federal has been ignoring me for nearly one month. I have sent them all the information for my third part claim, but I just receive automated responses
The clerk I spoke to, Ntshedzo, insists that camera footage is required; but I have told them that Claremont police station does not have any footage.
I have sent many clear graphics, which clearly illustrate who is at fault.
All I receive from this company are automated messages, no substant feedback.
Very frustrating and disheartening.
