mutual and federal don't care about clients

I had an accident in December and submitted a third party claim. In six months they were not able to finalise my claim. To date I am waiting for feedback. <br> It's understandable that there is a delay in any dealing. However what upsets me is that no one returns calls or communicates with me. I have dealt with Genevieve ferris, pinky mengistu and Niel Govender the so called big boss. Who doesn't return calls. It wonderful when the companies take our monies but we should stop tolerating bad service of this nature.
