Mrs Vermeulen abused me verbally today

This morninig i called Old Mutual Insure wanting to be redirected to Old Mutual in Worcester, but the call was answered by a very rude lady. I asked her if i was at old mutual she said its om insure, i then asked whether she knows the number for old mutual loan department she answered while i did not even end my sentence with a "no" i continued to ask if she had no idea how i could get a hold of this number again without even finishing my question she rep**** "no i dont know, why dont u just google"... very shocked i asked for her name she answered "Mrs Vermeulen" and dropped the call in my ear.
