Motor Claim

I have registered a motor claim on 13/06/2024 but my car has not been repaired fully until today because of the parts that are not being authorized and when i am calling the manager Aurtherlin Tiflin she is ignoring me and the assessor is Loki Setlotlo is making up stories to dispute authorizing the repair. I reported that to the manager Aurtherlin Tiflin she said she will get back to me in 10 minutes when I called back yesterday she didn't answer even today she is not answering the phone. I even had to push them in order to get other part's repair authorizations.
