MONIQUE CLAIMS AMAZING

We are short term insurance brokers, and our dealings with Old Mutual Insure on a daily basis is maginficent, especially during these Covid times and very shortly after the festive season. We submitted a claim for one of our clients, for a damaged cell phone yesterday, and this morning 1st thing, we were advised by Monique that the claim has been finalised. It is always such a pleasure dealing with her, she is professional, prompt and communicates all the time, so we always now how far a claim is, or if they need any further details or docs to finalise claims.
