To whom it may concern,

My name is Jaco Lombard (Mr Vice-President) from KR FINANCIAL SERVICES CC. I am also the broker administrator for the aforementioned brokerage. Since I started working with/for the broker in question back in February of 2020 I have had the privilege of dealing with and speaking with outstanding call centre consultants in the customer service department. There is though 1 customer service consultant who stood out and still stands out far and wide above her colleagues - her name is Mondi Motake AKA Petronella AKA Mrs President :-) There has not been 1 occasion that I can think of or even remember that Petronella did not take ownership of the inquiry/inquiries she had to help me with and saw it through till resolution. Many a times I was left stunned and overwhelmed by her tenacity and utter professionalism in which she assisted me - her telephone etiquette is "strong" but yet at the same time comforting leaving me with a sense of "peace" that she knows what needs to be done and she gets it done even with the help of her immediate superiors - yes and even when she said/says that she was/is going to get back to me........she did/does. And so I can go on and on complimenting this absolute outstanding individual and customer service consultant Mondi Motake AKA Petronella AKA Mrs President. If there is indeed someone who can be counted upon with the representation of her company's first line of contact then it is Petronella. I thank you Petronella (Mrs President) for always as in always being the outstanding individual you are - I am sure you also have your "not so good" days but yet you stand firm on delivering the best customer service possible.
