Moderators Dont know what they know

I put in a claim 2 weeks ago. The claim was assigned to assessor with a moderator that doesnt know his bottom from his right. Im facing a challenge the panelbeater and customer. The panelbeater has a authorised machine that detects faults and one that it picks up is that the right mounting on engine is vibrating from impact to a pothole impact on right hand side where rim is been repaired and tyre replaced. The moderator doesnt want to come out to view the machines recording again or understand the report findings of it. But feels the pictures he or she is viewing is enough to decline due to wear and tear and looking at another gearbox mounting that only has wear and tear of rubber. Old mutual insure didnot follow this process last year in first incident when my car hit a even bigger pothole on ondekkers and just paid out. Now I am know genius but cause and effect shows that potholes have a significant cause to car damage without a visible eye. And rubber damaged is long term but a pothole caused it. Second pothole broke the mounting and Im to sit back and be declined my rights of having to pay insurance and OMI is still going to claim from municipality and have proof from a machine that detects pothole damage just because a moderator cant get off their butt to see the management at the panelbeaters who want to show them the testing. So moderater how big is your mounting on a chair when you cant go out to assess and get the true value of a certified user of insurance. Im taking thus to tge Regulater to prove ignorance from last year to date. Thats if this is not sorted out by complaints
