misleading Info

Hi All. I have been insured with Mutual and Federal for almost a year. Every time I have a problem for a claim they say I'm not insued for the claim. But accordning to my Mf policy Wording Booklet that I Rec from them it states I'm covered. The Wording Book states thet we are covered for Retrenchment and Redundancy. It states that we are covered. It does not state optional cover or seperate premium to be paid. It states the policy holder and spouse are covered. Once again a bad deal was given to me by MF. I was not informed by the broker that its seperate cover. So according to our knowledge I was under the empression that we were covered. It states on page 85 of the wording policy under 17.1. Its states this section only applies to to monthly policies and not yearly. It does not state anything about paying extra to be covered. MF according to us are true *******s and I will not reccomend them to anyone else. We get sweet talked when they want out Business but when we have a problem we get treated like Dirt. I will cancel my policy if this is not sorted out. <br> <br> Regards Mr Govender
