Good day, I would like to say thank you to Mbali Sithole in the Old Mutual Insure personal lines sales department. Mbali assisted me this morning with a quote number for client Mr GJ Forster. From the get-go I could hear that she had a bit of a "dark cloud" hanging over her head as we all do sometimes have but still she was able to provide me with friendliness and efficiency.
