MAN OVER 78 -PAYS EXCESS

Good day <br> <br> I have a grand father aged 76 born 1939, he has been with mutual federal for the past 4 years , he recently was involved in an accident and was charged an excess for R 3000 and he paid the money with little pension he earns .when he told me about this I contacted the broker ,who was extremely rude , he hand up the phone on me and said he will only speak to his client but has never contacted him . I feel like this man being paid a broker fee and is a mutual and federal representative his job is to give clients good advice which he failed I need this excess to be paid paid back to this poor old man and his policy must be underwritten as per his age . My grandfather has given me the right to deal with this .I want someone to call me back ***.
