M&F's 24Fix Poor Service-Had 2cancel my insurance

I submitted a glass claim after being a smash-and-grab victim. After some run arounds, I finaly managed to get someone (from 24Fix, a division of M&F that deals with the glass claims as far as i know) come and fix my window. The guys fitted the window and informed me that another team will be in contact with me to come and fit the smash and grab. I waited 2 months and 3 weeks now without any correspondence even after following up several times. I finally decided to cancel my insurance with Mutual and Federal because of Poor-Service. I will not recommend them for anyone.
