M&F & repairer damage my car & refuse to fix!!

My car was involved in a minor accident 12 months ago, since the 1st repair, my car has gone back 12 times for re-repairs/redo's to 2 different panel beaters. This is 100% because of poor quality control, blatant complacency and all-round lack of accountability. During these numerous repairs, the second panel beater further damaged my car and are now refusing to replace or even acknowledge what they damaged. To make matters worse, M&F are siding with the panel beater in this regard and refusing to insist that they replace what is damaged, this is despite the numerous reminders I have made and without me signing a final vehicle clearance/release when I collected my car on the many occasions. After numerous appeals to both the panel beater and M&F to make right, they're still refusing to fix my car and are actually recommending that they be taken to the ombudsman. I've also exposed deliberate secret discussions between the panel beater and M&F regarding the repairs done to my car, this has ultimately resulted in non-consensual and my constant dissatisfaction with the quality of the repairs to done and the damage caused to my car while not in my possession
