Lucille Pieterse - Amazing service!!

To whom it may concern, Lucille Pieterse in the client service broker department have been assisting me regarding a vehicle quote for a client of ours - from the get-go she was courteous, friendly, kind and very professional yet personal during our interactions. Lucille kept to her word when she said that she will call me back which in general from my experience very rarely happen that call centre agents do call back BUT Lucille did so throughout the process.
