Looks for any Loop Hole not to pay Claims

A truck drove through my yard one and a half years ago we have photos of the truck, statements from driver and we used our loaders to pull the truck out of our building we have been given a rejection letter that ONE INSURANCE underwritten by Old Mutual will not pay us to repair our building the driver of the truck said he was bumped by another truck so they claim they are not liable so anyone if you just drive through someones wall please make sure you say you were bumped by another party and you dont have to pay ,,, this has been going on to long and a Mrs Cronje is an absolute joke to deal with i would seriously advise people to stay away from this company as they are just looking for any excuss not to Pay
