Looking for work has become a night mare

I have been applying on the work a day portal since begging of the year abd I would get a response from the TA team with regards to my applications, however things took a turn 2 weeks ago when I received a link that I qualify to write assessments which is known as the psychometric test fine I got ecxited that finally I'll get a job and I even got a call from a lady by the name of Tshego Kgasi to tell me that they are sending me the link, days went by I didn't receive the link I sent an email which stated that my query will be fixed within 48 hours OK I waited and still nothing happened, luckily I used the number that the lady called me with to call her back to inform her that I haven't received the link to date the lady didn't seem eager to assit however I pushed she told me your details are updated you will receive the link, I waited for days sent another email to no response till today.. I do understand that the people who apply are a lot however if there is a person who I am directly talking to and is not willing to assit me, Tshego kgasi yesterday ended up by telling me that she cannot assit me any longer when I informed her that I didn't receive the link her response was that she is not responsible for that I am seeking employment I just wanted clarity and help as to why am I not receiving the link to the assessment as I am frustrated and looking for employment I'm just trying to reach out to this company to reply and tell me what is going on
