Liable even after no wrongdoing. No third party protection!
How is it that your client skip a stop sign. I am driving less than the speed limit, I brake and move to the left to avoid impact, have a recording of your client admitting wrongdoing and you decide that I am 40% liable, quoting standard rules that is not even applicable in this case?
