Let's make our problem his problem.

Why do insurance companies instruct you where to fix your car and then when the place they recommended does not perform, it becomes your problem?

I got a quote from a panel beater, after the dealer I bought my brand new Fiesta from assured me the warranty on my car will not be affected.

However Mutual & Federal insisted that this was not the case.

Poor old naive me listened.

Now it has been four weeks and I still do not have my car back, the hire car agreement has run out and now I have to pay for it myself.

No I understand there is no guarantee that if I sent the car to the place I initially planned on that there would not have been the same delay, but at least I could've taken the responsibility for choosing the slow panel beaters.

Somehow, when the business that are forced down your throat does not perform, it becomes your problem.

Thanks Mutual & Federal for treating me like an unvalued customer.

I have now been informed that Digiteks was the assesor that insisted I take my car to the panel beaters that have not been able to fix my car in more than a month.
