Despite repeated phone calls and messages, Old Mutual has ****** my travel insurance money and NEVER sent me the policy documents. My payment was made and cleared. I call3d 5hem so many times before I left SA. Awoman who tried to help me promised to send the travel insurance documents, but *********** as all their staff is, she sent me a copy of my 21 year old greenl8ght policy!!! I urge anyone who cares about customers, if such exists to urgently send me my travel documents.
