My car was ****** in 2018. I was paid out , with lots of run a round. Last year October Thabo Kenneth Mashego calls to say that vechile has been found. Now Old Mutual property. Car was in Kroonstad. I live in Randfontein. I drove there on the insurers' request represented by Thabo. He promised the insurer will pay for my travelling to go and identify the car. I did that without any hassle. And they gave me wrong information making me drive all way up to Welkom. On day I was then told vechile is at Kroonstad police station. Upon returning a few weeks went by and no payment done for travelling I made. He then asks for receipts of travelling which I provided. In December I follow up with him on whatsapp. He send me text saying he has send documents to relevant dept for action. That was the last time he ever contacted me. I told him that i will file complaint. I guess he didn't care much about that since I havent been contacted or paid till today. When old mutual needed me I obliged at my expense which they promised to repay. Now that I have been used they go AWOL. What a ripp-off. And this for such a supposed reputable company.
