LACK OF THOUGHT - INSURANCE

<p>Good day, I have a complain against MUTUAL & FEDERAL, i was involved in an accident on the 04th February 2017, M&F is the insurance company for the insured driver who side swiped my car on the left side. I have lodged a claim with them and followed every procedure in terms of all the documenation they needed from me, i also gave them an indepedant witness statement, today i received an e-mail from one of their claims handler saying they cant entertain my claim since the indured driver denies that he is the one who caused material damages on my motor vehicle.</p>
