Karabo Manaka was brilliant and efficient
Karabo Manaka was brilliant and efficient. At one point the call dropped and she took the initiative to call back, which some businesses won't do. She quickly got me verified, helped me change my address, even though that is not why I was calling. And put me through to the relevant agent to reassess my vehicle. Friendly and helpful service overall.
