To whom it may concern, I would like to compliment Karabo Manaka in the Old Mutual Insure Client Service Call Centre for the remarkable service she has rendered and is still rendering to me/our office every time I get to speak with her. Of all the times I have spoken with Karabo Manaka in the past I cannot recall any instance where Karabo did not first try to assist me before either saying she will not be able to assist or that I would have to send an email for further assistance.
