iWyze not honoring claims.

Worst service ever!

In 2023 I submitted a claim for damage to my roof caused by severe weather. The claim was not fully paid out as they said that I was under insured as they assessor estimated my property to be worth R3 401 534.40.

I along with my broker found a property developer who has been building houses in excess of 30 years to do a valuation of how much my property is really worth. That being said if it had to be demolished completely and built up from scratch. They amount came to R1 698 000.00.

That is more than have of what iWyze's Grip Savvi report stated.

Both parties agreed that I can insure my property for an amount of R1 698 000.00 which I then did. In the process I asked if I would ever have a problem getting paid out to which they said "no, going forward, claim would be honored in full"

I then proceed by getting the whole roof fixed by sealing and repainting. All of which there is concrete proof and evidence of.

About a year after that, we had a massive hail storm which led to some damage again. Damaging the ceilings in all the bedrooms, and there only.

I submitted a claim and the assessor came out. He then proceeded to find that my entertainment/braai room's roof has a slope of less then 5 degrees, of which it is 4.8degrees. However, the room mentioned had no damage what so ever. The room mentioned is completely on the other side of my house.

Now iWyze is refusing to honor the claim because of this roof which according to there findings was not up to spec. I even asked for proof of this which they have failed to provide.

I have submitted all proof of repairs done, I have submitted descriptive images of my house from above indicating where the damage has occurred as apposed to where the entertainment room is and still they have no response or answer.

It has been 25 days since I have NOT HEARD from them. I sent a mail on the 4th of September, and still nothing.

Frustrated beyond explanation.

Reviewer Update
9 Days Later and still nothing.

It's been 9 days since I got an automated love letter from you and still no action has been taken. Still no signs off this case been investigated, still nobody contacted me for more details, still no form of finalization in sight.

Honestly speaking, this is obviously a reflection of iWyze's poor service delivery.
