It’s irritating to not have a direct number for OMInsure widely communicated

It’s irritating to not have a direct number for OMInsure widely communicated. Today I had to be transferred several times with failed attempts in between before I could get assistance. The saving grace is that OMInsure people are always a delight when servicing requests but to get to their office is a mess and makes the whole experience less than pleasant. I eventually got to speak to Thato Rapatla and thankfully it was a flawless interaction.
