Investigation on my claim

This is by far the worst insurance company to deal with .. I had an accident in my yard last month . <br> By mistake forgot to put my car in park and as I jumped out of my car the car started rolling and rolled straight thru my gate <br> The damage was my front bumper and both sides of my car . <br> Anyway I then put in a claim and it was APPROVED so I took my car to BB cars they booked the car in and started working on the car . <br> So I get a call saying they need to stop work as Mutual & Federal put an investigator on my claim .. I was not worried as I understood they needed to follow protocol . <br> So Priya and Some other guy comes to my house I show them what happened they even recorded the whole thing <br> They asked me a few questions and I give them ALL information they needed ..<br> So a month later still waiting for feedback nothing till this point .. <br> So my car is stripped and at BB cars and nothing is happening <br> I get told they waiting for some letter then its with a legal department then with some other department . <br> So i'm lost and this company is a joke .
