Intimation and ********* conduct

On a rainy Friday night I lost control of my car and it flipped. Luckily I survived with no major injuries. On Monday I contacted Luminis Broker Trust, who are acting on behalf of Mutual and Federal Risk Finance, to lodge a claim and everything seemed to go accordingly. Little did I know that I would be treated with so much disrespect. Firstly they sent a investigator to my work to get a statement from me and the witnesses, which was normal. However what happened next is what shocked me. Upon following up on the progress of my claim, I was told that Nele Coetzee manager of Booyzee Forensics, wants to come and ask me more questions, to which I agreed. When they came to the office, they tried to intimidate me into agreeing to something that is not true (assuming that I was under the influence of alcohol), and when she realized that I was not budging, she told me that she's not happy with my 'story' and that she will have my claim rejected(recording is available) and she stormed out the room and left. I immediately called Ma'cherrie from Luminis Broker Trust to tell her that I was bul**** and intimidated by their investigators, but nothing was done about that. I then called the underwriters Strategic Insurance Systems who also promised to look into it, but nothing happened. Instead, Annelette Englebrecht from Stratetic told me that it is stated in their contract that the incident driver should not have consumed any alcohol, to which I responded by saying consuming alcohol and being under the influence are two different issues, she insisted that "its the same thing". The fact that it was raining when the incident took place, doesn't matter to them. Thats when it became clear to me that they don't want to pay. I still remained calm, but to my surprise, I received a call saying that they are willing to pay, but they want to pay only 75% of my claim. They insisted that I choose between that option or they reject my entire claim. I told them I will not be bul**** by them, nor will I settle for mediocre, they must just decide what they want to do and let me know what they have decided. Next day, I received a repudiation/rejection letter saying they are rejecting the claim, a cancellation letter stating that I am a Multiclaimant(only had 1 other claim).

This treatment cannot be acceptable....
