Insurers who ***** us

I’m insured with AIB insurance which is underwritten by Old Mutual. I must say the consultants are not helpful at all, they keep mentioning “the insurer will revert back” but till today nothing. I’ve put in a claim against an insured laptop and to my Suprise they don’t want to pay me what I initially insured for, instead they’re telling me about some car jam thing which doesn’t even reflect on my contract. I told them my laptop was ****** due to car jamming and little did I know I will suffer like this before I could be assisted. I wouldn’t recommend old mutual even AIB to anyone as they’re just taking your premiums every month and will never assist you. I’ve even resorted to involving my lawyers because this is unacceptable. I lodged the claim three weeks ago and till today no one is telling what is happening instead the two consultants from AIB (Pheliswa and Tarryn) keep saying they’ll respond and they don’t respond. They’re making me seem desperate after having payed so much money every month. I’m disappointed and at this moment I won’t stop until I get my money back
