Insurance underwritten by Old Mutual Alternative Risk Transfer (Omart)

Whatever you do, Do not take any insurance underwritten by Omart Insure. I had my insurance with Telkom for years and last year they changed their insurance agency to Omart and that was the biggest blunder. I reported my phone ****** on the 11th March 2025 and since then I've had to call them everyday consistently until i requested their complaints line on the 31st March 2025. They responded later that day that my claim has been approved and i payed excess. They called on the 2nd April 2025 which is today as am writing this review to say they gonna offer me the same device i lost and am not okay with that because i am covered for the amount of R6000 and on the 2nd device i am covered for R25000 but they offered me devices that are way less than what am covered for because thats what they have and they dont replace devices according to the market value. Why am i am paying subcription for R25000 cover is am going to get a device that cost R17000 with less features?
