Insurance Claim - Not Valid
We have claim for damage on our caravan, road damage, due to Potholes and the rain. The whole front of the caravan was ripped, fiberglass. Old Mutual said this is due to wood damage, and it is self maintenance, but we were not aware of any damages. Now they say it is an invalid claim, but how will you know there are wood problems if it did not show or if you had no other problems before? This is not acceptable, this damage was due to more reasons, they send out an assessor to look at the damage, and then he makes up his mind, not asking what happen and to considder if it is a fair claim.
