Insurance claim

Southern Power Maintenance car driver crashed my car from the back, they then refer me to Old Mutual as third Party Claim, I have been waiting for months for my car claim to be settled and now I'm told by Old Mutual that Southern Power Maintenance is giving the conflicting statement and they need the video footage that I don't have, and now I feel like this is another trick Old Mutual is playing so that they don't pay my Claim, I will not let this go and i will take this further. I need my car back because I am struggling with transportation to go work.
