Insurance Claim

My Insurance Claim # ********** 71 with Old Mutual Insure has not been settled since the accident that involved 3 cars in Midrand ( Close to Mall of Africa) after almost 3 years. When I call, these numbers, ********** 794, ********** 799, I keep speaking to different agents, others I remember are, Palesa Jooste, Moosa, Kenneth but no solutions they are giving me except that I must leave my numbers which I have done many times. Their service is very poor, I would not recommend anyone to be insured by them. Its their client who is insured by them who caused this accident but knowing quite well that I was not insured myself at the time of accident, Old Mutual Insure is taking advantage of me. This is not fair. Miway Insurance were excellent for me when I was with them not what I am seeing here being done by Old Mutual Insure. How could they handle claims this way. I think, I must approach, the Ombudsman or get a Lawyer so they pay for all this trouble.
