Insurance claim

I Majola has a insurance for mobile cell phone with mutual&federal .my device was ****** and I put through a request insurance claim.i waited for feed back but nothing came through.i then put through called them for update but now they say they tried to call but I did not receive any calls from them .they says I can't get my insurance claim because it's more than 90 days.i want to says what bad service they have very upset paying for insurance and I can't claim now what's the purpose of the insurance.my policy no ***
