Incompenent insurance assistance

Road Side Assistance of no assistance, got stuck because waterpipe of car broke when driving back from vacation. Phone Roadside Assist of Old Mutual. They could not find location even though it is on google maps, neither recommend a place where it could be fixed , because you as client should know , even though you not from that town. I live in Bloemfontein , car break down near Bethlehem. Fortunately someone stop to assist us , private people that lived in Bethlehem, 'angels' i call them. Old Mutual admit it was their fault ,but do not pay anything out . Why should I trust an insurance company ,which clearly employ *********** people . When I needed help they could not provide anything because staff was not prepared or trained. My fault ? It is ridicoulous , wouldnt recommend insuring with them. .
