Impeccable service

I believe if an employee consistently goes beyond the extra mile that this needs to be known, hence me writing this review. I deal with many insurers in the medical scheme, long term and short term insurance industry space. Old Mutual Insure has a gem in their ranks. In my 16 years of being in the industry, I have not yet to date dealt with a relationship manager of this caliber. If other insurers could use Dylan Kruger as a yard stick, dealings with insurance companies would be revolutionized. Talk about not minding getting his hands dirty, seeing a thing through till the end, always following up, providing updates / feedbacks, never dropping the ball and resolving issues that I myself cannot fathom how he will do ... yet he does it every time. Dylan always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for him. He is friendly and professional. A legend of note. Please do not ever lose this remarkable individual, it truly will be a loss to your company. Thank you Dylan .. the corporate world needs more Dylan Krugers :):)
