Ilodged a claim when my vehicle have been lost for damages occurred during the 8 months I wasn't in possession of the vehicle. I had a horrible experience and service from the claims department. As they wanted me to submit separate claims for the separate damages that occured with and access payment for each claim. I lodged a compliant on Hello Peter where upon a lady from Old Mutual's Complaint department made contact with me and sorted my complaint in no time.
