Ignoring claimants makes your brand popular!!!
On 14 April 2014 I was involved in a car accident with member of this insurance company. My car was not in a driving condition and the driver of car B admitted guilt. I towed my car to panel-beater, submitted the claim *** as a third party and filed a case number AR99/04/2014 at Goodwood police station.

Details of the last correspondence on mail:
***9 Claim No - ***3, Client - GONCALVES D, Policy - 0, Broker ***

Cut a long story short, a guy who called himself Sherwin Hans contacted me on 09 July 2014 asking me to bring my car, the very same one that could not drive following an accident for inspection. From 14 April to 09 July, what am I supposed to be driving if I don't fix my car?

Pathetic service, ignoring me doesn't automatically absolve you or your client from responsibility
