If you are black and from Limpopo OM insure treats you like dirt

I made a claim for roof and ceiling damage after heavy storms around 4 weeks ago.. A gentleman called Kgomotso was assigned to handle the claim and I specifically told him that this claim should be treated as emergency as there were more storms predicted in the coming days. He casually agreed and went silent on me for weeks. After numerous emails and calls, a company was sent to do the evaluation. 2 weeks went by without hearing a word from OM insure, upon making inquiries from the inspection company I was told the repost was sent out to OM insure weeks ago. I I then went back to OM unsure, even contacted the team leader Taelo but received zero feedback. Mind you, my house is now exposed to more rain damage and other safety hazards.

I reached out to OM insure complains division and guess what, the assigned negotiator immediately comes back to me and sort of threaten that since I escalated the matter he spoke to them to reject the claim. I asked him to put the rejection in writing as I found his vague and brief reasons did not make sense. I told him I know a lot about construction as I work in such an industry and he immediately hung up. Till to date I haven't received any feedback non whatsoever

It's it common thatvOM insure only prioritizes Gauteng claims and claims made by white people. The people who recommend OM insure are from Gauteng and have never experienced this sort of services. Also the white people whom I work with, have never experienced bad service. Somehow my experience is very different, in my almost 10 years of being OM insure client. I always get bad experience and have concluded that that it's because of my location and race. No wonder the claims are separated according to provinces.
