Iemas and Old Mutual , MY TREE IS ON THE ROOF !!

On 20th of November 2020 a tree fell on my house roof because of a storm. I notified the insurance the same day of this. Mr. Rob Jarvis working for Iemas as the assessor came to have a look at the damages. He discredited the whole situation "old tree , old house , old crack" was the words he used. As of today 21 January 2021 the tree hasn't been removed and damages have not been fixed. Miss Olifant from Old Mutual Promised that the situation will be resolved on 13th of December. Evert drop of rain and every time the wind is blowing my house gets even more damage. I run around with buckets everytime it rains to catch water. I have begged , I have pleaded for help , but I have had no luck from anyone promising they will help me resolve this issue. I am out of options to resolve this problem. It is a safety hazard as the tree IS STILL ON MY ROOF! Please anyone who can assist with the problem, contact me asap. PW Swanepoel , ***
