I was on the phone with Michael

I was on the phone with Michael. He was very friendly and seemed happy to assist the whole conversation through. He was very cheery and was able to assist in my home language (Afrikaans) which I really appreciated. He did an excellent job in brightening my morning simply by assisting me in a very professional and friendly manner.
