I was in a car accident yesterday and Patricia Ngema picked up my call to assist me about my claim. OMW she was amazing, she even made me feel better because I was honestly not having a great day. I would give five stars, the 4 stars is not really about her but for the fact that I was transferred to a lot of people before I could get help. But I would honestly rate the person that assisted me with 5 stars because she was amazing.
