I was attended by Njabulo and his service was perfect in this sense: 1.As a recently retired person I had to change my debit order dates,was unsure as to whether that would'nt result in the cars being uncovered, in the process 2.Old Mutual picked that up from their system and called me.At Njabulo's advice an arrangement has been made on a date to debit the money prior to the end of June. 3.His explanation as to why the change could not be effected in May, was something I really did not know of. 4.The gentleman was also verrry patient with me and with loadshedding on my side,network made it quite a challenge for our communication.He was however quite patient.
