I was assisted by Aneeqah Patel. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with, not only insurance claims, but probably customer service overall. Due to an error believed to have occurred on my side my claim wasn't processed correctly. When I made contact with her she immediately started assisting me in a professional and friendly manner. Even after my persistent phoning and emailing she never once got agitated. Every time we spoke or communicated she attended to my requests and continuously assisted me throughout. I'm almost sad that my claim has been resolved because now I wont get to speak to her anymore. She is honestly and truly the best consultant I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Well Done Aneeqah
