I URGE ANYONE READING THIS, STAY FAR AWAY FROM MOTORVAPS IF YOU CARE SO MUCH OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!!!

I have been with the company for more than 4 years and every claim is a hustle, My car is due now for yearly service and again Motorvaps has gone AWOL. I have called in, email to a point where i called Mutual & Federal directly and was put from one department to the other till they hanged up, i call again and same thing again and again. This is my last service i have to do with the company and i am parting ways with them.

I URGE ANYONE READING THIS, STAY FAR AWAY FROM MOTORVAPS IF YOU CARE SO MUCH OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!!! THEY WILL PROMISE YOU ALL SORTS OF THINGS, ITS ALL A LIE. THEIR WEBSITE IS ACTIVE BUT NO EMAILS OR TELEPHONES ARE WORKING. ITS AN ABSOLUTE MONEYMAKING ****.

Thank you for getting back to me. Pls address the communication issue. The phone number on the website does not work and emails go on for days without response.
I am happy with the response so far and glad this could be resolved.
