I really had bad experience with them 1st of all I’ve been requesting for my policy insurance and with no response from them and I ask the to and I moved insurance company only to find out that I’m not insured with them and they have been debiting me for the past 4 months if not 5 and the most irritating thing is even their WhatsApp system they say “Sorry this is not the information that we have on our system” when they have requested for my ID number so I really don’t know what kind of a **** is this one…I am really not happy and I would really like for them to refund me all my money that they took after their ****py service
