I phoned the call center requesting for a renewal to be reviewed. Valentine Mnisi assisted me and initialy his mandate did not allow him to assist me. Without me having to ask for him to escalate the matter, he understood the situation and told me he would escalate it. Its truly rare to find someone insightful and willing to help the way he is. He managed to assist me and the client was retained. I offered to leave him a review to show my appreciation for his service. It was the highlight of my day.
