I phoned for a small amendment to our policy and Karabo did so much more than that. She assisted in registering me to also deal with Old Mutual, which I could not do before. My husband, the policy holder is hard of hearing and I do all the adminstration on his behalf. Karabo also informed me on various matters we did not know, all for the benefit us as policy holders. We are truly thankful for her kind and patient assustance
