I have had the worst experience with Old Mutual from delays in claims to no responses when I contact them via email however I called to eventually cancel my contract with them I was assisted by a consultant called Thatho K who was really helpful, friendly

I have had the worst experience with Old Mutual from delays in claims to no responses when I contact them via email however I called to eventually cancel my contract with them I was assisted by a consultant called Thatho K who was really helpful, friendly and he listened effictively. I am giving the 5 stars to him despite my previous bad experience with the organization and other consultants
