I have been very much disappointed and desgusted by old mutual all sure on the 5th of August 2022 I sent a claim for my lost celphone the person assigned to me was apparently on leave, then I was later referred to this non motor insurance I got another person who doesn't phone me to update me on the progress of my claim when phone to complain about it, all I get from the agents but after that no follow up email it's just quite please assist since I got an email that someone from the insurance will phone me but till now no call no email. Thank you
